At the time of registration, the user must confirm that they are legally eligible to use this platform. If there is any doubt regarding age, 77joya may request immediate proof.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 per method.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Depositing through a third party is prohibited and may be flagged as a suspicious transaction.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold during the verification process.
4.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion fee may apply for transactions in foreign currencies.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000.
- Deposit ৳12,000 or more → Bonus up to ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳22,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
- A bonus applies only to the account for which it was issued.
- 77joya reserves the right to forfeit a bonus if the promotion's terms are not met.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the account will be placed under investigation.
- 77joya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Limits
Each game and market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. 77joya may change bet limits at any time.
6.2 Bet Cancellation and Disputes
- If a game or round is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
- If there is any dispute regarding a game result, a request must be submitted to the support team.
