77joya's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Stay safe while having fun — our tools, guidelines, and support team are always here for you.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online betting and casino gaming can be a great source of entertainment — as long as it is enjoyed within the right limits. 77joya believes that every player's experience should be enjoyable, controlled, and free from stress.
Responsible gaming means staying aware of your budget, time, and emotions. When gaming is no longer fun and becomes a source of financial or mental pressure, seeking help is completely normal and a sign of strength.
Our platform offers several responsible gaming tools to help you play safely. Learn about them on this page and contact our support team whenever you need.
Only individuals aged 21 or above may register and play at 77joya. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts and participating in any form of gaming. If a minor has access to your device, block them from accessing it.
Set Deposit Limits
Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a 24-hour cooling-off period applies if you wish to increase it.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily suspend your access to the platform for anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days. You will not be able to log in during this period.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. You can close your account for any duration from 6 months to permanently. This option can be activated through the support team.
Gaming History Review
Your full transaction and gaming history is available in your account. Analyse your betting patterns and decide whether you need to change your habits.
24/7 Support
If you have any questions or concerns about responsible gaming, our Bengali-speaking support team is available around the clock. Reach us via live chat or email — we will help you without judgment.
Minor Protection
If children or teenagers have access to your device, use parental control software. Talk openly with your children about the risks of online gaming and keep your account details secure.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself or someone you know, seek help promptly. The first step to responsible gaming is being honest with yourself.
🆘 Asking for Help Is Not a Weakness

📋 Core Principles of Safe Gaming
- Play for entertainment, not as a source of income
- Set a budget in advance and stick to it
- Accept losses and stop — save it for another day
- Do not bet when drinking or under mental stress
- Never think of gaming as a solution to your problems
How to Self-Exclude
Self-exclusion is a powerful tool that helps you step away from gaming entirely for a set period. The process is simple and takes effect immediately.
Contact Support
Let our responsible gaming team know via live chat or email that you want to self-exclude.
Choose a Duration
Six months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently — choose the duration that suits your needs.
Identity Verification
Your account identity will be confirmed for security purposes.
Account Closed Immediately
As soon as your request is confirmed, your account will be locked. It cannot be reopened before the set period ends.
Review at the End of the Period
When the period ends, the support team will get in touch with you. At that point, decide whether you want to reopen your account.
Deposit Limit Settings
Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 24-hour wait — this is intentional so that decisions are not made impulsively.
Session Timer and Reminders
Use the session timer to track how long you have been playing. Keep automatic reminders enabled after a set period of time — this will help you stop at the right moment.
Withdrawal Policy and Transparency
Withdraw your winnings promptly. At 77joya the minimum withdrawal is ৳500 and processing is usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes — via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Best Practices for Healthy Gaming
💡 Budget Planning
Set aside a fixed budget for gaming each week or month — money whose loss will not affect your daily life. When the budget runs out, stop for the day. Do not draw on next week's budget in advance.
🕐 Time Management
Decide how long you will play before you start. Set an alarm on your phone or watch. Keep a balance between time with family, work, and hobbies. Do not play for long stretches without a break — take breaks and drink water.
🧠 Mental Health
Do not turn to gaming to escape sadness, loneliness, or anxiety — it makes things worse. If you are feeling depression or anxiety, seek professional mental health support. Bangladesh has several mental health support services, including Kaan Pete Roi.
👨👩👧 Family and Loved Ones
Let your family know about your gaming habits. If a loved one feels your gaming is becoming a problem, listen to them carefully. Family support is the greatest strength in recovery.
